The Dept of Real Estate has changed the way continuing education is offered and how it is done. Premier Schools now offers one package that contains everything the state requires for a Sales or Broker License renewal.

It is important that you allow yourself time to complete the course and renew.Until further notice Premier Schools will offer the course work one way, the old fashion way with books. However the test can be taken online  on our website using a PC with Microsoft Internet Explorer 24/7. You may take the test on our PCs at our office if you like. Pick the books up from our office or we can ship using UPS.  Whether you are renewing for the first or 10th time, or you are a R.E.Sales person or Broker this one package is for you. No guess work simple easy and convenient.
